*Payments: money is due by this Friday July 9th.. however we have decided to extend that deadline since a few of you were having problems using Paypal. We are extending the deadline to Thursday the 15th of July. We have to pay for the food on the 16th so the 15th is for sure the last day! If for some reason you are not able to pay online please let us know and we will accept your money at the door but we need to know if you are coming or not so we can order enough food. But please try to pay online if possible at this site http://snowflakeclassof2000.blogspot.com/ ! Also, Arenda Stoffel is in Snowflake and can collect money from any of you who would rather give her your payments.
*Reunion: the Reunion will be Friday, July 23rd at 6:30 pm in the cultural hall at the main street church (the large church on main street with the green roof).
*Parking: there is a youth dance in the parking lot of that building that night so parking might be a little tricky. The parking lot will be completely blocked off so you will have to either park on the other side of the building or across the street. We will try to mark the entrance for the reunion so you know where to go.
*Menu: Eva's restaurant will be catering the food for dinner. The menu will include rice, beans, chips & salsa, your choice of a red or green enchilada and your choice of a taco or tostada, and dessert.
*Program: we will be showing a slide show with the family pictures that everyone has sent. If you have have not e-mailed us a photo of you or your family for the slide show the deadline for that is the 15th also. You can e-mail it to snowflakeclassof2000@gmail.com. Even if you are not coming to the reunion send a photo please! ~We will also show the senior video and possibly a few "extra" clips.~There will be a survey and prizes awarded.~Visiting with classmates/teachers.
*Tours: the high school will be open on Saturday for anyone that is interested in seeing the new high school. We don't have a set time yet but we will announce that on Friday night.
*Reminder: this reunion is for adults only (unless of course you have a newborn that you need to bring). We will be able to see/enjoy your other kids on the slide show:)
We really hope you can all make it! It will be great to see everyone!
